Below are a few resources to help you prepare for a fire season with the Siskiyou Rappel Crew. Each document includes contact information for one of our crewmembers who will be available throughout the winter to assist you with your preparation.

    Please use our PT Chart to help track your winter progress. We may ask to see your chart during the winter to see how you're doing.

    The Nutrition Suggestions will give you some ideas for your training menu. A one-week example menu is included.
